How long will it take for my order to ship? 
We will process your order within 2-3 days of receiving it. Shipping status depends on USPS, but usually takes between 5-8 business days. 

Can I pick up my order at the Museum?
Yes! Let us know that you prefer to pickup your order and we will have it ready for you. Orders can be picked at the museum Tuesday through Saturday anytime between 10am to 4pm. Orders not picked up within 7 days will be cancelled. 

How long will it take out-of-stock items to be available for purchase?
Depending on the vendor, the items may be available as soon as two weeks but could take up to a month. Contact us at brandon.reid@schsonline.org for more specific inquiries.  

How much is sales tax?
As a non-profit, we do not charge customers sales tax.
